After weeks of trying to figure out why my charge 3 stopped pairing with my Samsung 9+, I finally managed to sync to my phone again.
I tried all the usual troubleshooting methods:
Reinstalling fitbit app
Rebooting my phone
Restarting my tracker.
Turn on Bluetooth
Forgot fit bit in Bluetooth settings
Made sure my Samsung had no pending updates.
Etc etc.
Nothing worked.
A few extra tweaks to my fitbit app and leaving My tracker until it was fully charged seemed to do the trick.
1. I fully charged my fibit and left it charging until completely full
2. Turned on notifications for calls,
3. Set up Mobile tracker on the fitbit app
4.Turned on all day sync. This was on for a few hours before my phone synced.
5. I turned on always connected on the app
I don't know how many of these steps helped. But my fitbit app on my phone is now updated with all missing data from the last month. I nearly gave up hope.
