Hi there -
I have a Charge 3, and it will only sync with the Fitbit app if I go into Android settings -> Apps -> Fitbit and force stop the app.
It's rather annoyigy to have to do this every time I want to sync my data. I am up to date on the most recent app, have all day sync Turned on.
Any ideas?

Thanks for letting me know about your Charge 3, and the steps that you've tried. I see where are you coming from, and I'm sorry that you've having these syncing issues. I'm here to help you out. To investigate, may I know your phone's model and Android version? Also, please take a screenshot of any error message displayed in the Fitbit app when trying to sync.
