Charge 3 won't update or sync on Huawei

Hello, 

 

I've tried updating my fitbit and it won't recognise mine anymore. I can't install the update and so I followed advice, switched Bluetooth off, restarted phone, uninstalled app, unpaired fitbit and now I can't connect to it at all. I have a charge 3 and it hasn't synced or updated since yesterday and now it won't pair. Help please!!

Hi @JennyC13, welcome on board. It's nice to see a new member around.

 

Thanks for letting me know about your Charge 3, as well for the troubleshooting steps that you've tried prior posting. You did an amazing job! To further investigate, please let me know your phone's model and Android version. Do you see an error message when trying to pair your device?

 

In the meantime, try removing your Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings, turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby, restart your device and set it up as a new device.
