Screen gone black after rebooting

I have rebooted my watch after having a vertical white line constantly running along. Now the screen has gone completely black and no matter what you press it does not work.

 

Does anybody know what to do?

Thanks for sharing what has tried and that it won't respond even for pressing buttons.

 

In this case my question would be if the Fitbit will respond on other instances. If you put it on the charging cable, does it vibrate? Also, what Fitbit are you using? If it is a HR Fitbit, do the HR lights turn on?

I'm haveing the same problem i put it on the charger I can get it to vibrate but nothing is showing in the screen. I have a charge 3

Hi,

 

I contacted the support and they sent me a new watch as it was broken. Contact them and they will advise you.

Thanks .I contacted them and the man  i spoken with was very nice and helpful . THEY ARE SENDING ME OUT A REPLACEMENT.
