My replacement charge 3 will not sync, the time is 30 minutes behind actual time, will not do long restart or reboot. Never had a problem with charge 2 this one has been a total waste of cash, I don't want to part company with it as hubby bought it for me before he died. Any help would be welcome
Best AnswerLet's see @Alisonroberts your time issue is a symptom of not syncing. Let's look at the help docs.
Also let's swipe the Fitbit app out of memory. Go to phone settings, apps, stop app. While there let's go to storage and clear cache.
You may want to restart, or better yet, shut down the phone.
Now open the Fitbit app.
