I was getting a sleep score and then the past few days it hasn't been logging the detailed version of my sleep. I have premium, logged out off my account, unpaired my Inspire-HR, deleted the account, reinstalled the app, logged back in and then repaired my fit bit....twice and still doesn't give me a sleep score or show detailed sleep graphs. The main reason I purchased this is for a sleep score and detailed information so I'm very distraught this isn't working. Please help.

Your not getting a sleep score because your not seeing sleep stages @cleel
This usually is because the sleep wasn't long enough or not a consistent heart reading or the heart was turned off
Bring up the sleep in question and look for a reason under the graph.

It gives me the basics like whenever I'm awakened or how many times I'm Restless. It's acting like I don't have premium. It's logging everything but not giving me detailed graphs and giving me a sleep score like it was whenever I first got it. The heart rate is working perfectly and everything's fine with the Fitbit. It's just not giving me detailed graphs of my REM sleep or anything like that.

I'm sleeping over 7 hours and my heart rate is working on the Fitbit. Where do you see on the graph where you can troubleshoot why you're not getting a sleep score?

You will not get a sleep score without sleep stages.
