Over the last month the voice cues, which are set for 1km intervals, are consistently reporting these intervals at around 700-800m so giving a very false impression of how far i have run. I prefer to do quick 5km runs and they are consistently stating this is over 6km. Only when i have finished running it defaults on the app to the correct distance. I initially thought it was dropping the 4G signal so it can't track properly but i have done multiple runs in multiple directions and it is uniform, it make running very annoying because i am not sure how fast i am running.
Coupled this with the heart rate average beats per minute data disappearing in the summer, I am struggling to see the benefit of the app. and am looking at alternatives to be honest.

Added a photo, it shows i have run 4.69km, however the voice cues i receive are based on the 5.45km shown at the top.

Your Charge 3 doesn't have voice cues. This is on the Fitbit app. May I ask which type of phone the app is on?
