Unable to see previous post in the Feed

I can't scroll past "view all posts," including my own or on any feed. When I choose to view, the feed will stop at that last post

Thanks for bringing this situation to my attention and clarifying that it's affecting you posts and other posts in the Feed. To further investigate this matter, may I know since when this started to happen? Also, may I know your phone's model and Android version?

 

If you've not done so, please try the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  3. On your phone's settings tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  4. Go back one screen and tap on force stop.
  5. Reboot your phone.
  6. Open the Fitbit app, log back in and check the Feed one more time.

Hi, thanks for your response. I have followed the steps you indicated to
use in my settings, with still the same condition with the app.

My phone is an LG Stylo 2 phone, and the version of fitbit I have is 28.2
(and more numbers) on my Charge 3.

I also think I saw 3.8 for the fitbit version?

Not sure what you want here in response to this email regarding my account. I've followed the suggestions 3 times with no change in the message feeds.
