Even after a reboot. Call the phone nu.ber and it rings but noone answers. This is the 2nd. time since I bought my Charge 3. Certainly not happy. Short of chucking this in the wastecan does anyone know what I can do?

@Archiesbaby1 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't charging. Try cleaning the contacts including using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device and see how it behaves.
