Change phone from IPhone to Android I do not kontskt with mobile and clock how do jsg

On old phone, go into settings for fitbit model and click trashcan at top left to disconnect bluetooth from there.

Then on new phone download Android Fitbit app from Play Store and log in with same email ID and password as on old phone.

I have a new phone, and the old one is broken, so I can't disconnect from the old one. How do I connect charge 3 to my new phone?

I don't think it is actually required to disconnect from old phone.  I think that just prevents notifications from going there.

Just download the Fitbit app on new phone, log in, making sure to use same Fitbit account/email you were using before, and on 'Account' page, 'Set up a Device'.

Looking forward to your response.
