Hello @Cbuerkle, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information and details that are specified on: Can I view live heart rate data in the Fitbit Coach app? to learn more about how to view live heart rate data.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks but why is everything so cryptic? I don't want workouts and Fitbit
coach. I just want to do my own workout using my charge 3 and the regular
Fitbit app and be able to see my live heart rate on my Samsung Galaxy, S10
phone in the Fitbit app. I need exact instructions of how to access this
feature.

Thx

Thanks for your reply @Cbuerkle.

I appreciat ethe information that was shared with me. To view live heart rate data on your Fitbit account please make sure that the Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device. Also, please go to your Fitbit.com account, click on the Charge 3 icon and at the bottom of the page you will find the Live Data tile, please make sure that it's enabled.

Since you're using an Android device, keep in mind that you'll only see heart rate data if you have call, text, or calendar notifications enabled. For more information and details you can check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

I have the same issue - I just want to be able to see live data on heart rate during my workout. Not all the bells and whistles designed to think for me. When I go to the dashboard, there is no Live Data tile. Lots of other useless stuff, but not that.
