Welcome to the Forums @Ttinucci.

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing that you have tried pairing with your phone and your Kindle. Let me help you understand what could be happening and find a way to go about it.

The first thing I'd like to mention is that it might not be pairing with the Kindle because it is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it.

My question in this case would be if the phone that you are trying the set up with is on the list or if it is not, which could shed some light into why it is not pairing.

Having said that, Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the set up. Perhaps you could give them a try.

Let me know if there are any other questions on the matter.
