My Charge 3 stopped syncing with my phone a few weeks ago so I decided to unpair/repair. When I try to pair the app says it's connecting for several minutes before I get a message to try again. I have reinstalled the fitbit app, restarted my phone, restarted my device, cleared the data. Turned the Bluetooth on and off. Every thing I can think of. I make sure to keep my watch on the charger during the pairing process. A few times I got a PIN to enter, but the app didn't accept it. Please help!!!

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Charge 3 to get it connected with your account. Your Samsung Galaxy S9+ is a compatible device and the Fitbit app should be working correctly. Since that's not happening, I got in touch with our Support team and I was told that you have a case created with them. I'd recommend to keep being in touch with them so you can receive further assistance.
