Can anyone help?
My wife bought me a charge 3 for Christmas, I'm beginning to wish she hadn't bothered. It is now January 10 and my charge 3 won't pair up with my Samsung, I have tried restarting both, I have turned Bluetooth off and on but nothing, everytime I put the code in, it just carries on saying connecting.. but it never does.
Also, I can't seem to find anything regarding swim settings on the app.
The charge 2 had a lengths settings and was pretty accurate in the water, someone told me the charge 3 does NOT count your lengths, yet it advertises that it does, this was the very reason my wife bought this for me.
I would be very grateful if someone could help me with these problems as I am on the verge of taking it back!

Best AnswerI've Galaxy A5 too. Last synced 27th Dec. Tried all advice... it will track My steps but I've to sync it every time (then it says sync error) even thou it's on all day sync..
It won't track My sleep or 250+ steps. Bit fed up of it to be honest. I've spent so much time trying to resolve the issue. I wonder can I get a refund back?

Hello @Hairybhoy and @Faine.
I apologize for the delay in my response.
As you mentioned, this is happening because the Galaxy A5 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.
As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.
If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
