Ive just got my fitbit 3 and can't get it to pair for the notifications with my galaxy s8, any ideas please

I'm sorry that your Charge 3 isn't pairing correctly, and thanks for bringing this to my attention. I've checked with our Support Team and apparently they already took your case under their wings. They'll continue working with you via email, so keep an eye on your inbox.

Had a new one sent as wouldn't work. I cannot fault the customer service, its great.
