Charge 3 won't sync with Moto e5+ (Android 8.0)

Since the update on February 4th, I have been unable to have my Charge 3 sync to my phone. I've followed all the sync troubleshooting  on the website, and it still won't work. I waited until the next update to complain, thinking bit was just a weird bug, but it's still not working. And now the clock doesn't even work, because when I restarted the watch, the clock stayed in place, so it's 5 minutes behind, now. Now it's only an overpriced basic pedometer that counts your heart rate.

This is exactly what happened to me. Do you think it's because of the type of phone we have?

As of July 5th, 2020, my phone is still not compatible with my device...
