Have charge 3 on both phone and tablet....
Can't make up its mind which it wants to stand too ...
On phone it wants to RESTART BLUETOOTH... CONTINOUSLY. Grrrrrr
On Tablet it CANT FIND THE DEVICE. Grrrrrr
Haven't had any of these issues with previous Flex and charge 2.
VERY FRUSTRATING and I'm beginning to dislike FITBITS.

In this case I'd like to recommend that we try removing the connection from both the phone and the tablet and then reestablish it from the beginning. Please follow these steps:
That will do the job and get it to sync properly.

Thank you. I think it has worked. Thought I had tried all those things but maybe not in the right order.
I did what you suggested yesterday on my phone and my Charge 3 is updating quite frequently.
