My charge 3 was synced to my app for a couple months, but a week ago stopped. I have restarted the device, reinstalled the app, messed repeatedly with the Bluetooth, made sure software is up to date and can't get my Moto to even find my device now. I have tried multiple times every day for a week and can't figure out how to reconnect it.

Is your tracker still connected to your Fitbit account @Dixon6.
Removing a non syncing tracker from the Fitbit account usually will only add problems in that it almost will never fix a sync issue.
