So, I know this has been posted before, but I am absolutely incensed that I've spent all this money on this "smartwatch" that won't sync to my phone, and therefore is functionally useless for what I need. I have run through ALL the suggested fixes, multiple times, and I'm fed up. It's obvious that from the number of complaints about syncing that there's an issue and I want to know definitively if Fitbit is working on this issue and when we can expect resolution.

Can't help you @Ugsome I'm not familiar with the model. Have you done a search of this forum.
