I am very upset and do not agree with your products or warranty! This is the third or fourth fitbit I have gone through and you want me to pay another 150.00?
The screen has broken up lines so this internal. Also the fitbit went out and it will not charge.
I have watch's that cost 30.00 that have lasted longer then these fitbit's!
Now in order for me to stay on track and with my health and with my account I have to go spend another 150.00????
This is ridiculous that every year or every two years I have to buy another???
I understand IF I break it or something I am doing is my fault of breaking it, but this issue is internal. The screen just goes out and it won't charge.
It would be nice for you all to replace my fitbit because of internal issues regardless!
