My Fitbit Sense stopped charging all of a sudden. I thought I needed a new charger. Bought new charger and a new wall charger and that wasn't the problem. Plugged into several wall outlets. Still not charging. Fitbit has since sent me 2 new trackers. They won't charge either. I have restarted my Fitbit and still it won't charge. It's so frustrating. What can I do??

@doglover88 then you should get with support and let them know the steps you've taken. They will advise you on what to do.
Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
