Charge 3

I haven't used my charger 3 in awhile. I just charged it and the time is off.  I have a new new phone Galaxy 22s how do I sync to my fit bit app and set time?

Hi @Confehn - make sure the old phone doesn't have the Bluetooth entry for it or is off.

Restart the watch and phone and login to the  Fitbit App.

If you don't get a pair and link prompt after a while, head to the home screen without closing the app and you may get a popup, click on it.

Failing that in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, "+Set up a Device" and replace, hopefully.

It must sync to set the time but even then there may be issues - make sure it can sync first.
