Wore my Charge 4 for the first time last night. Sleep graph seems very accurate but the Estimated Oxygen graph is just an empty box. How do I enable this?

Hi @WendyRuns by default it is enabled, with no way to disable.
I'll assume the heart rate was still working and you got sleep stages and a sleep score?

Thanks @Rich_Laue Yes the sleep recording was fine. Just nothing for the Estimated Oxygen.

I have the same problem, i just tried a reset of the watch, hard shut down of the app and finally a restart of the phone. The tracker is snug on my wrist so I don’t understand why the oxygen graph is empty...

Have had Charge 4 for 3 weeks now. Sleep scores & data good but no Estimated Oxygen data ever recorded. Followed all tips from community & fitbit.com help but still not working. Need help!

Hi @Miki81 it should not be snug, you should easily be able to slip a finger or two behind the band.
Are you all getting a sleep score and sleep stages?

Hello @WendyRuns, I've had the same issue and I solved it manually restarting the device after the firmware update (the second one). Since then it's showing the estimated oxygen.
Try restarting it.

Hi Rich, thanks for the help. Good to know I saw on another thread that it was supposed to be snug. you just gave me great news as it will be more comfortable to sleep with. On another note, it worked this morning so I guess the general resets worked!
Thanks again!!
PS: perhaps the firmware update from yesterday also did the trick.

Go to your phone setting, inside App look for Fitbit and click "Clear User Data". Check again the next day.

The EOV graph was showing just fine on my Android phone ap until about a week ago. I know it is NOT how I am wearing it, because the graph populates on my iPad ap.
