Wore my Charge 4 for the first time last night. Sleep graph seems very accurate but the Estimated Oxygen graph is just an empty box. How do I enable this?
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
Hi @WendyRuns by default it is enabled, with no way to disable.
I'll assume the heart rate was still working and you got sleep stages and a sleep score?
Best AnswerI have the same problem, i just tried a reset of the watch, hard shut down of the app and finally a restart of the phone. The tracker is snug on my wrist so I don’t understand why the oxygen graph is empty...
Best AnswerHi @Miki81 it should not be snug, you should easily be able to slip a finger or two behind the band.
Are you all getting a sleep score and sleep stages?
Best AnswerHello @WendyRuns, I've had the same issue and I solved it manually restarting the device after the firmware update (the second one). Since then it's showing the estimated oxygen.
Try restarting it.
Best AnswerHi Rich, thanks for the help. Good to know I saw on another thread that it was supposed to be snug. you just gave me great news as it will be more comfortable to sleep with. On another note, it worked this morning so I guess the general resets worked!
Thanks again!!
PS: perhaps the firmware update from yesterday also did the trick.
Best AnswerGo to your phone setting, inside App look for Fitbit and click "Clear User Data". Check again the next day.
Best AnswerThat worked for me!!! Restarted yesterday; this morning I had data in my Estimated Oxygen box. Tx!!
Best AnswerRead to try restarting my Charge 4. Restarted yesterday; this morning I had data in my Estimated Oxygen box.
Best AnswerRead to try restarting my Charge 4. Restarted yesterday; this morning I had data in my Estimated Oxygen box. Yeah!!
Best AnswerRead to restart my Charge 4. Restarted watch by going to 'Settings' on the watch, press on 'About', then select 'Restart', then press on check mark. Took less than a minute to restart. This morning I had data in my Estimated Oxygen box.
