Charge 4 exercise App crash

I know this has been launched before and them seemingly resolved. Had the charge 4 for a couple of weeks and just had my first crash of the exercise app mid session. I spotted it fairly quickly so was able to restart a second session but is a better solution forthcoming if, like the other users who have reported it, it becomes an occasional but frequent bug?

Android 10. Thankfully just the once so far. I did wonder if it might have
been caused by Bluetooth interference but otherwise seems to work just
fine, so might just have been random...

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Charge 4 and try the following steps to troubleshoot the Fitbit app:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
