Charge 4 not getting reminders to move vibration

My charge 4 is not doing the vibration reminder to walk 10 minutes before every hour.  The vibration is set for high and button is turned on.

Hi, @Svsumomwhs76 , is it possible that you have already walked 250 steps during that hour?  You will not receive the notification to walk 10 minutes before the hour if during that hour you have already clocked up a total of 250 steps.

 

And do make sure that “do not disturb” is not turned on, and that you have set (in the app) the hours when you would like to be reminded to take at least 250 steps.
