Charge 4 notifications not working with Android 12 beta

I have been on Android beta 12 for a couple of months now.   Vibration notifications on the charge 4 haven't worked for some time. Tried restarting my charge 4. I have cleared cache, force stopped the app and restarted the phone.  What else can I try and is this a known issue?

I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. I'd like you to make sure this procedure was followed to set up notifications on Charge 4. May I know if this issue started happening after installing the Android beta 12?

It wasn't happening before going to android 12.  I will try the procedure you have provided.

Since you mentioned that this wasn't happening before installing Android 12 beta, you may want to try installing an official Android OS and test the notifications.
