You can't manually set the time but it should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone or computer based on the time on that device. Does your fitbit seem to be syncing ok?
The other thing that affects the time is the timezone in your profile. You can check yours at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile If you do change it then you'll need to sync again to update your fitbit.

I unintentionally let my battery die on my Versa 2, then charged it overnight. when I put it on in the morning, the time was incorrect. I sync'd the device five times [iPhone, desktop app, web site, desktop app again, iPhone again], after about 10 more minutes as I searched through the community forum, the time finally corrected itself.

Everything below is supposed to work but I just found that none of it worked for me. It turns out my time zone was set different. Even though it doesn’t matter to phone cause I had it set on automatically change time per location, my Fitbit was looking at the time zone for some reason. Took me forever to figure it out.
