What a useless bit of equipment. Just displays 'set up' constantly. Tried pairing, re-pairing, restarting, rebooting you name it I've done it. DON'T BUY ONE. Waste of frustrating time and money. I want my money back Fitbit or come and sort this out for me. Not happy

Hi @Mmmqqq, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the feedback that was shared in your post, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this situation and move forward with the actual issue you're experiencing, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Charge 4? I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Please make sure that your mobile device is compatible because due to a compatibility concern you can experience connection difficulties.
I'll be around if you need anything else, please keep me posted.

Hi there. After many many hours of frustration I sorted it out. My phone is not compatible. Had to manually change the settings on my phone. There should be a clear list of incompatible devices made at selling point so buyer can make an informed decision as to whether or not to buy. All that frustration has taken the pleasure out. Won't buy one again and will tell all to check phone compatibility cos it's just not worth the hassle
