Charge 4 won't pair, phone can't find it

I cannot pair my charge 4 after the battery died. any suggestion? my phone can't find it

Hi @jboi44 do you get any error messages when trying to sync? 

What error message do you see when trying to pair the tracker? 

A dead battery will not remove the tracker from your Fitbit account.
