Charge 5 spO2 oxygen does not work

Hi,  just purchased a charge 5, and gone through the app download and completed the set-up process,  only to find that one of the main reasons I bought it,  was to monitor my spO2 oxygen levels, as I have  pulmonary fibrosis, and it's literally vital that I can see my oxygen levels. 

Can anyone advise why spO2 does not work,  is it not available in Australia, or do I need the premium subscription for oxygen levels ?
