Charge 5 won't sync

I tried manual sync.

 

Force stopped the app.

 

Turned Bluetooth on and off.

 

Restarted the fitbit itself.

 

Nothing. Anyone else having similar issues? I'm hoping it's the website but I'm not hopeful.

Yes, this morning nothing working, synched..have done everything i know how including help from their customer service, who are clueless. Tired of this not working, happens every couple months!

What I did in the end was reinstall the app and it worked again.

Next time, try clearing the apps cache 

Please remember that stopping the app must be done through the phone's settings
