Charge 6 no SpO2 and can't find app

Fitbit charge 6 isn't giving me spo2 data, when i found the screen about spo2 it says download isn't available ?  can't find the app on google play either ?  

please help ..!  i bought it specifically for this option as have concerns about my o2 levels during sleep

ok i havent slept yet which seems the only times it takes readings but still saying i need to download an app...  the other option is to reset machine - how do i even do that

What country are you located in? This feature is not available everywhere.

The SpO2 would be found in your Fitbit App, I have the same as @gdio53. the country may be the issue.

Not a country issue with me. Has been working fine for last two years. Now just stopped.

I am glad you are working on it. It was disappointing losing it with the last update. It has been fantastic up until this recent update. It has allowed fine tuning of asthma management.

I do have the same problem since the update.

I'll be interested to see the progress  of this issue.
