So ive looked at previously post and still cannot find a solution to why my caller id is showing up unknown I have done everything I can read on same issue and my phone is compatible please help

Be sure you have the latest app and the firmware on your device is up to date.

Oops sorry about caps I have a one touch everything to my knowledge is up
to date my phone updates apps automatically

Which Android version? I have 5.01 and it works well.
