I have a Alta and Samsung S6 but I can not find the Mobile Track option in my app nor online on my dashboard

A warm welcome to the Community @zphiiiib525. Samsung Galaxy S6 doesn't have the MobileTrack feature and tha's why you are not seeing this option on your phone. I recommend checking our list of compatible mobile devices and verify which phones do have this feature. You can also visit our feature suggestions board and share this idea.
