Charge HR won't sync

Had my charge HR for 9months and has been syncing up until a week ago. Now it just tells me tracker not found. I haven't changed a thing in the last 9months so don't understand why this last week it can not find tracker. Help please

The first thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart:

Give it a few tries though as it doesn't always work.
