I sent an email to the help team, no response. I read all the threads, that did not work.
My Charge HR will not sync with my phone. After the Marshmallow upgragde, it will not work. I reset the charge, re paird it. Factory reset...Did everything in the threads. Nothing works.
Can someone help please.

Best AnswerThe instructions should change to mention third party bluetooth apps may cause problems. I forgot I had the app, until the upgrade. The stock app works better for bluetooth.
