I sent an email to the help team, no response. I read all the threads, that did not work.
My Charge HR will not sync with my phone. After the Marshmallow upgragde, it will not work. I reset the charge, re paird it. Factory reset...Did everything in the threads. Nothing works.
Can someone help please.

I figured out the problem. It was not with Fitbit. It was with a third party bluetooth management app. Thanks.

The instructions should change to mention third party bluetooth apps may cause problems. I forgot I had the app, until the upgrade. The stock app works better for bluetooth.
