Charge HR Quit Syncing

The app can no longer find my device (Charge HR) on my Galaxy S5. It was working fine, but the last time it synced was yesterday at 11:14 am. I've charged the fitbit, restarted my phone, etc,but nothing is working. I'm also not getting any updated info on my computer. I've only had my fitbit since Christmas. Any suggestions?

I've been told by fitbit they know of this issue, and their engineers are working on it.
I can get my galaxy S6 to sync after clearing the caches in my device, rebooting my phone and restarting my fitbit. Its a PITA, but I guess until they resolve this known bug, its what we need to do.
