Charge HR Replacement

Replacement arrived. Followed replace tracker directors fully charged screen shows triangle of dots with v36. Will not sync with Bluetooth or phone will not pick up tracker. Have deleted previous tracker.

 Hey, @AC5DE! Thanks for joining us! Heart Hmmm.. you can try to restart the tracker a few times, then make sure you are using the latest version of the App (2.34) and finally follow the setup process, if that still doesn't work you can try to set it up using a computer and then try to sync with your mobile device. 

 

To restart:

  1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Insert the other end into the port on the back of your Fitbit Charge or Fitbit Charge HR. Your tracker will begin charging.
  3. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V30").
  4. Let go of the button.
  5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

 

This should get you back on track, let me know! Robot wink

I had to plug in the dongle to my computer. I was able to download the
setup then sync my phone. Thanks
