Hey, @AC5DE! Thanks for joining us! Hmmm.. you can try to restart the tracker a few times, then make sure you are using the latest version of the App (2.34) and finally follow the setup process, if that still doesn't work you can try to set it up using a computer and then try to sync with your mobile device.
