Charge HR and Alta won't sync

I have a charge HR it wasn't syncing to my phone I tried all the troubleshooting still wouldn't work. For Christmas I got a new fitbit alta I am having the same issues I got it set up and it was syncing for the first few hours and now it won't sync at all I tried all the trouble shooting with this as well. I am now starting to think it is my phone I have a Samsung Galaxy 6 edge. I have also Uninstalled the app to see if that would work that didn't either. I am have no luck. Does anyone have an suggestions...?

@Krista1987 Thanks for joining the Fitbit Community! That is very strange! It should sync with the Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge. Please do the following:

 

  • Make sure you have updated the Fitbit app to its latest version. 
  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Reboot your phone.
  • Log back in to the Fitbit app.

Then, follow the instructions on this syncing master post to get it to sync!
