Hi! My Charge Hr is not being picked up by the bluetooth on my phone (I've switched on/off several times) and won't sync with my phone. I tried to sync with the dongle I have this morning but it now only work with Windows 10 and I have Windows7. I've tried reinstalling the app etc but nothing has worked. Is it just a case of new one needed? This is a replacement to my original, it seems thay only have a short lifespan 😞 and if I don't move with the technology times I'm left behind.

Hi there @LisaReefer, I was reading your post and it seem you are having issues to sync your tracker. Please review the following suggestions from this post for some additional help: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).

 

About syncing with your computer if you are using Windows 7, please download the PC version. You can find this version here.
