Charge HR not auto recognising Activity

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
Have had my since October with no problems but today my exercise activity was not displayed on dashboard. Steps recorded ok but the 30 min run doesnt appear in exercise. I am trying to monitor my heart rate, I know the Fitbit was working while I was running because I checked my heart rate a couple of times, but I can't check what was happening overall. Help appreciated!

Welcome aboard to our Community @teddyjennifluff. If your exercise was not recorded I would recommend a restart. I know this solutions sound simple but most of the time when are related to this type of issues is due to the internal software of the tracker and a restart may fix the problem. I bet you know how to do a restart but if you need the steps, this is what you need to do:

1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Charge HR. Your tracker will begin charging.
2. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V88").
3. Let go of the button.
4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Regard your missing activity, you can manually log it. All steps, calories, and active minutes recorded by your tracker are overridden for the duration of a manually logged activity by the activity's entered values. To do this, I've shared a post with the steps, it may come handy in case you need it.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be here to give follow up to your concern.

Thanks for your reply. It seems to be recording ok today but I will do what
you suggest. I know I can log activity manually, but what I was really
wanting was the record of my heart rate during the exercise period (without
constantly checking the watch!!)

Thanks
