Charge HR not logging in workouts

I've noticed off and on the past few weeks my Charge HR isn't properly showing my work outs under the Weekly Exercise tile. Ex: I walked on the treadmill for 25 mins today, my active mins changed to show that but my Weekly Exercise tile didnt get added to for today.

I'm having the same trouble with my Charge HR. Automatically logged run(sport) and elliptical on Monday but failed to recognise almost same activities and times as exercises Tues and today. These workouts are showing as active minutes and heart rate zones seem there or thereabouts just not showing up as exercise so not completing daily exercise goals/tiles. Problem is present in android app and desktop dashboard. Only noticed this problem this week.
