Charge HR not syncing dashboard and weekend challenge

Dashboard has different steps to my weekend warrior challenge ,how do I get it to work

Hello @Deemad, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community? Is it happening only with your Weekend challenge or with other challenges too?

- Make sure you are not manually logged an activity. Steps from manually logged activities do not count toward challenges; only steps recorded by your tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges. 
- You used MobileRun to track GPS data with your app. Only steps recorded by a tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges. 
- All challenge participants are not in the same time zone.
