Charge HR not syncing with app

My Charge HR stopped syncing with my app yesterday afternoon. Today I went through all of the troubleshooting steps, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning off and on settings on my phone, and a few other things. I did get the charge HR to sync with my PC, and my Bluetooth on my phone is working with other devices, so I have to think that the app is the culprit.

Welcome to the Community @Avendarius. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should sync without an inconvenience.

Good Day,

What ultimately seemed to have worked is removing the device from my
account/app and re-adding it.
