Over 24hrs trying to sync charge HR to app on my phone. It's saying bluetooth is not finding fitbit. I have followed all the troubleshooting suggested. Turned phone off/on. Turned bluetooth off/on Deleted app, reinstalled app. Removed charge HR. Now can not re add my charge HR. Updated the app with latest update now left Feeling incredible frustrated by this!!

Hey @MrsLWallerJones! Thanks for joining the Community.
That sounds quite frustrating. After I did my own digging I could see that the Galaxy S5 Neo is not a compatible device. This means that while the phone might have all of the necessary general requirements, the Fitbit app has not been fully optimized to work with it. This could be because the parts used for the S5 Neo are different from the regular one and that causes the incompatibility.
Our team is looking into the possibility of expanding the compatibility list but we do not have any new details on the situation. We'll share it with everyone once we do.
Please let me know if there are any other questions!

I am having the same issue. So until the app has been expanded what do you suggest we use for an app to sync our fitbit and phones? Or are we SOL?

Welcome to the Forums @Artismyworld196!
In the meantime, you could use a compatible device or even a computer to get your Fitbit to sync. Additionally, you could try to run the Troubleshooting syncing steps. While the phone might not be compatible, some users have reported them to work.
