I tried all the suggestions from Fitbit. Nothing works. Now I can't even get the App for Fitbit. It worked great up to March 9th. For now, its junk!

Here is a link to the reset of the Charge HR, just in case you haven't done that.  As for the app, let me know exactly what you mean and I will try to help you fix it.   https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-HR/How-do-I-restart-my-tracker/td-p/1020338

@GreenhouseJoe  When you say you "can't get the app" do you mean it's not available in the App Store (Google Play) or do you mean it's not working on your phone?  Also, did Fitbit give you instructions for resetting your charge?

Hello,

Thanks for your reply. I finally got the Fitbit app back by way of Google
Play as you have suggested. I received instructions from Fitbit, which I
followed as best as I could.

As of this writing, my Fitbit has given me today's report on my
steps/miles. I'll keep working on the other items, like sleep, exercise,
etc. My Fitbit was a birthday gift last July and I have liked how it has
helped me keep in better shape in my 80's.

Again, thanks for your reply.

Thanks to all who offered assistance. My Fitbit is now on the right time
and corresponding with my cellphone, etc.

I don't like the new format, but will get use to it.

Anyway, I am now a happy Fitbit user.

Sorry, but I didn't see anything about "issue solved." I'm just an old rookie Fitbit-er.....
