Hi,
I have 2 HR Charges. I only want to sync one to my phone.
The one I want to sync now was formerly sync to my phone but it got wet and I had to get another one. I sync the replacement one to my phone and it worked great for a while until it got wet. Now after my original HR Charge came back to life and I want to sync it back to my phone but it won't sync. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Daphne, check out these instructions on how to restart.
Just select the section that applies to the model of Fitbit you have. Not sure if it will solve your issue but it did help my sync out. Hope this helps.
