SmartPhone: Droid Maxx 2
I recieved a Charge HR for fathers day.
It connected flawlessly that Sunday & Monday until 10:35pm. Now it says no device can be found.
It didn't connect until 36hrs later, but it only downloaded today's data so far, and completely missed yesterdays data.
Is this problem due to my phone or is it within the Bharge HR?
Any thought/remedies would be nice.

Welcome to the Community @ichristopher! Wow! I can see that it took more than one day to sync, and for what you are telling me, it wasn't recording your data. So let's try something, on your phone, please turn OFF the Bluetooth, then reboot your phone and then turn it back ON and finally try to sync.
